Establishment Profile:
At the beginning, and before opening ROKY PLAST Factory, MR. Robert EL KHOURY, the Owner of ROKY PLAST, has attended several intensive courses in one of the Biggest Recycling Factories in France producing 100 Tons per day.

Upon achievement with complete success, he returned to Lebanon on 1988 after fulfillment of his dreams, and he opened a small Factory of 60 m2, starting producing one Ton of plastic recycling on daily basis. 

On 1994, MR. Robert purchased a land having a surface of 13.000 m2, where he constructed a transit shed of 1.000 m2 and continued to produce the Post-Industrial Plastic Recycle, this material which is very useful due to its stability, versatility, and is used for a very broad range of applications, till reaching on the year 2007 to build a 6.000 m2 transit shed fully equipped with a wide range of modern process equipment for size reduction and classification on a contract basis. 
Our Equipment varies from medium machines to large purpose designed plant capable of 12.000 Tons Production per year.

We are planning for a major expansion in due course to put in more equipment capable to produce larger quantities of 100 Tons daily in the near future based on the market needs. To reach this aim, we must overcome problems that still present themselves on the collecting sides of the process.
We provide state-of-the-art recycle-oriented thermoplastic resins for injection mold and extrusion applications. Our recycled materials perform with the same characteristics, quality, consistency and predictability as the virgin material they replace. All of this is combined with a significant customer cost savings compared to the cost of virgin materials.
ROKY PLAST has been specialized in importing, exporting, compounding. We are devoting ourselves to the plastic industry by recycling, supplying Post-Industrial Plastic Recycle Materials in all forms.
