In line with Mr. Khoury’s vision of curbing the increased plastic waste, we, at Roky Plast painstakingly recycle a wide range of plastics in several colors: TRANSPARENT, BLACK, GREY, WHITE AND BLUE – and other colors upon your request. Our recycled plastics range from PE LDR, to PE HDR, POLYPROPYLENE, PET, PVC, PC and POLYSTYRENE recycle.
PE LDR (Low Density Recycle): made of polymerized monomer chains of ethylene, is an elastic, light and tough plastic. Being a thermoplastic non crystalline polymer, it is transparent.
At our factory, LDPE is recycled from postindustrial material and is mainly used for the manufacturing of various containers, plastic bags, dispensing bottles, tubes, computer components, etc...
PE HDR (HIGH DENSITY RECYCLE): in comparison to LDPE and HDPE, it is known for its higher strength to density ratio. HDPE is exclusively recycled from post-industrial material. This polymer is commonly used in the production of:
1. Injection and blow molding (bottles, crates, buckets, cleaning chemical containers, refrigerator components, pipes, toys, fuel tanks, containers and cases).
2. Extrusion (sheeting, pipe, bags and ropes)

Being rugged and resistant to different chemical solvents, acids, and bases, PP is widely used in many different applications including automotive components, reusable containers of different types, plastic parts, packaging and labeling, loudspeakers, polymer banknotes, stationery and textiles including carpets, ropes, and thermal underwear.

Despite being less commonly recycled than other types of plastics, recycled PS can be made into a whole range of new products such as: casings for electronics - cameras, video cassettes, desk trays, food-service items - foamed egg cartons, license plate frames, light switch plates, packaging material - expandable polystyrene foam (EPS), plastic moldings – architectural, rulers, thermal insulation, thermometers, vents…
