Roky Plast S.A.L was established – since day one – with the sole aim of providing state of the art
products at incomparably competitive prices and guaranteeing customers’ satisfaction through the
provision of the best service.
After attending several lectures and training sessions pertaining to plastic recycling in Italy and France, Mr. Robert el-Khoury was fascinated by the processes.
With one aim in mind, he returned to Lebanon in 1988 determined to reduce pollution and protect our natural resources. This is how a 60m2 factory to recycle all kinds of plastic material was founded. Selecting letters of both his first and last name and plastic, the name Roky Plast became the factory’s trademark.
In 1994, the factory expanded to cover 1,000 m2 area, but Mr. Robert had bigger dreams and a new vision.
By 2007, his vision became reality. What was a 1,000m2 factory turned into a 6000m2 and ROKYPLAST S.A.L. was established.
Through 2008 till 2011, Rokyplast s.a.l. kept on expanding to cover a 12,000 m2 area. In 1994, the factory expanded to cover 1,000 m2 area, but Mr. Robert had bigger dreams and a new vision.
In 2013, ROKYPLAST SAL became the sole agent in Lebanon for IONIAN KALK S.A a Greek company for mining and processing of amorphous calcium carbonate CaCO3.
By 2015, ROKYPLAST SAL was proud to announce the ability to sustain more than 30,000 metric tons of yearly production capacity.
AT the end of 2016, Roky Plast introduced its newly added products the CACO3 compound and masterbatch (MB) to the market.
Today, Rokyplast s.a.l is a member in the Association of Lebanese Industrialists and one of the most leading companies in Lebanon for producing recycled and raw plastic material providing across local areas and overseas such as Italy, Greece, Africa, and other countries.
We produce a wide range of plastic compounds that have immeasurable uses. Our product range includes: fillers, masterbatch, PVC, waterstop and all types of recycled plastic including PVC, PE, PP, PS.
